I had issues with a different company and their courier but after a quick email to naturo I had made my first order and I have to sale it was a pleasant experience. The dog food arrived in a few days. My dog is a bit fussy but loved it when he was first introduced to the new kibble. No issues with changing to naturo over the course of a week or so. The food is of a very high quality and I have set up a subscription so I don't run out which can be modified very easy on their website. I can highly recommend the service and the dog food! 😁"
