How to Use Your Points
To redeem your points, simply log in and select an eligible reward at checkout. Please note that rewards are based on the GBP currency. Variances may occur with other currencies.
How to use your points for subscriptions
100 points equals £1
If you are an existing subscriber 1) Click 'REDEEM' below to generate a code. 2) Copy the discount code > go to your Account, then > ‘View your next order'. 3) Paste the code into the box marked ‘Discount Code’ and the discount will automatically apply to your next recurring order. If the REDEEM button below is grey, you don’t have enough points on your account to redeem them. Please note, codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes. Codes can only be used on one order, if you use a discount code higher than the value of your order you will lose the remaining value.

    How do I earn Naturo Rewards points?

    You earn points by shopping on the Naturo Pet Foods website and by completing rewards activities on the 'Rewards' page.

    1 point for every £1 spent. And 100 points is equal to £1 to redeem against purchases.



    Can I use points together with discount codes?

    No. Reward points cannot be stacked with promotional discount codes.

    However, you can still use reward points:

    • On orders that qualify for free shipping.
    • On recurring subscription orders that already receive the standard 10% subscription discount.

    Naturo customers can continue to enjoy their subscription savings while redeeming their reward points.

    Why didn't I receive my referral reward?

    Referral rewards are only issued when all referral programme conditions have been met.
    This includes the referred customer being a new customer and completing a qualifying purchase using the referral link



    How does the Naturo referral programme work?

    You can recommend Naturo Pet Foods to friends and family through the referral programme. When an eligible referral completes a qualifying purchase, both you and your friend may receive a 1000 points reward.

    Give your friends 1000 points, and get 1000 points for each successful referral.

    What happens to my points if I return an order?

    If an order is refunded or cancelled, any reward points
    earned from that purchase may be removed from your account balance.

    Where can I see my points balance?

    You can view your Naturo Rewards Club account by logging into your Naturo Pet Foods account. From there, you can check your points balance, available rewards, earning history and redemption activity.

    When you're signed in, your rewards information may also appear throughout the website to help you track your rewards progress.

    How do I redeem my Naturo Rewards points?

    200 points = £2
    400 points = £4

    Joining the Naturo Rewards Club is free and easy. Simply create an account on the Naturo Pet Foods website and you'll automatically start earning points on eligible purchases and activities.

    Why can I only redeem my points in GBP?

    Although you can shop and checkout in different currencies, points are based on GBP currency. At checkout, you will see a dropdown with points redemption amounts in GBP, but these can be used for all orders, regardless of currency. When you choose a reward at checkout, the equivalent amount in your currency will be taken off your order.

    Do my loyalty points expire?

    Yes. Loyalty points will expire 12 months after they are earned, unless they are redeemed within that time.


    When points are redeemed, they follow the ‘first in, first out’ rule - the first points earned will also be the first to get redeemed.


    You’ll receive a reminder before points expire, and you can view your points balance and expiry dates at any time in your account.
