Swapping your Naturo Subscription Products
At Naturo, we completely understand how your pet’s appetite and diet changes over time. That’s why we’ve made our subscription service completely flexible to suit you, and your pet’s changing needs.
In this blog we’re showing you exactly what you need to do, to make sure your Naturo subscription is on your terms, at all times.
When Should You Swap Your Naturo Subscription Products?
There are countless reasons why you may need to swap a subscription product, so we’ve made it easier than ever. No hassle, no waiting.
Here are some reasons why a customer may want to swap a subscription product:
- You want to try a new recipe without committing to a one-off order
- Your pet’s appetite has changed – maybe they love a new flavour that isn’t on your current subscription
- You want a different mix of product – for example mixing wet and dry food
- You want to rotate flavours depending on the season or to keep meals interesting
Step 1
Log into your account
To begin, search www.naturopetfoods.com on your device and log into your Naturo account
Step 2
Select subscriptions
On mobile, select the three lines icon on the top left of your screen, then select Subscriptions
On desktop, you will see the ‘Subscriptions’ button on the top of your screen
Step 3
Select your desired product
If you have more than one product ona subscription, these will appear. Please select the subscription product you would like to change.
Step 4
Scroll down and select Swap this for a different product
Step 5
Choose your new subscription product
Search for your new subscription product and select ‘Add’
Step 6
Choose your quantity and frequency
Once you have chosen to add this new product, you can amend the quantity and frequency to personalise your subscription
You can also choose to add your desired product as a one-time purchase. This means it will only be added to your next subscription order and then will automatically disappear from your subscription
This is perfect if you’d like to try a new product before committing to an ongoing subscription
Step 7
Select ‘Add to Order’
Select ‘Add to Order’ and that’s it!
You will receive confirmation at the bottom of your screen of the change.
What Happens After You Swap Products?
Once you swap a subscription product, the product you have swapped out will no longer be on your subscription. Going forward, your new chosen product will be included in your future subscription orders, with the new quantity and frequency you have chosen.
