Rescheduling Your Next Subscription Order
Do you need your Naturo pet food delivery to arrive a little earlier or later than planned?
With your Naturo subscription, you can reschedule your next delivery with the click of a button. Whether you're running low or heading away for a few days, rescheduling your next order is flexible and completely in your control.
When Should You Reschedule Your Next Subscription Order?
There are plenty of reasons for rescheduling, but here are some reasons why a customer may need to reschedule their next delivery:
- If you’re going on a trip and won’t be home for your delivery
- If your pet’s feeding plan has changed, and you need your delivery to arrive at a different time
- If you want your deliveries aligned to a specific time of the month
Step 1
Log into your account
To begin, search www.naturopetfoods.com on your device and log into your Naturo account
Step 2
Select View and Manage Order
Once you’re logged in,you’ll see your next order at the top of your screen. Select ‘View and Manage Order’ to amend your next order
Step 3
Select ‘Reschedule’ under your next order
Step 4
Select your desired order generation date
You will see three options once you choose to reschedule:
- ‘Delay for one week’
- ‘Delay for two weeks’
- ‘Choose a specific date’
Note: The date you choose is the date your order will generate – not the date your order will be delivered. Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be delivered.
Step 5
Select Save Changes
You will get confirmation of your rescheduling at the bottom of your screen, and an email confirmation of a subscription change
How Long Can You Reschedule For?
You can choose any date to reschedule your next order!
Simply select ‘Choose a specific date’ and pick when you want your next order to generate.
What Happens After You Reschedule Your Order?
Once you’ve rescheduled your next Naturo subscription order, you don’t need to do anything. All your future orders will change to date you have rescheduled to.
For example, if you have rescheduled your next order to generate on the 21st, all future orders will generate on the 21st (if you have a monthly subscription frequency).
