"I recently had bad packs with horrid smelling contents having purchased the last two packs on the shelf in Tesco. I complained to customer services , offered to post contents and packs in a secure container and sent pictures . I was promised a reply . The food made my puppy really sick that night despite her only eating a couple of mouthfuls before I realised the contents were decidedly off . I have still not received a reply despite being promised that I would receive one from your quality control dept ."
