"Unfortunately not a good experience with my last order. Only half was delivered and it took two emails and two phone calls to highlight this. I still haven’t received the remainder of my order paid for on 2nd September and no explanation as to what happened either. Spoke to a friendly customer service chap but he was unable to offer an explanation."
