Subscription How-To: Update My Account Details

Updating Your Subscription Details 

Keeping your details up to date on your Naturo account ensures your pet’s deliveries arrive correctly, without delay. If you’ve moved house, changed your payment card, or want to update your contact details, you can amend this in your account in seconds. 

When Should You Update Your Subscription Details? 

As mentioned earlier, it’s so important to keep your details accurate, and update them as soon as anything changes to avoid disruption to your deliveries.  

If there are any delays to updating information on your account such as delivery address or payment details, it could cause issues in your order generating and your pet getting their tasty delivery.

Step 1

Log into your account

To begin, search www.naturopetfoods.com on your device and log into your Naturo account

Step 2

Select View and Manage Order

Once you’re logged in,you’ll see your next order at the top of your screen. Select ‘View and Manage Order’ to amend your next order

Step 3

Select 'Account'

Scroll down, and select ‘Account’

Step 4

Choose the details you want to update

Here, you will be able to view your delivery address, your contact details and your payment methods. Just select which one you’d like to update and confirm your changes

What Happens After You Update Your Details? 

Once you’ve updated your details, you don’t need to do anything further, all future deliveries will be adjusted to your new details, so you don’t need to worry!
