Skipping Your Next Subscription Order 

Your Naturo subscription is built around you and your pet. Whether you have a busy, on-the-go lifestyle, or your feeding multiple pets, Naturo works around you. 

Life doesn’t always run exactly on schedule, so that’s why we’ve made it easy to skip your next Naturo order. No hassle, no issues - just simple control over your pet’s food deliveries. 

When Should You Skip Your Subscription Order? 

You don’t always need to skip your next subscription order. Some alternatives to skipping are rescheduling your next order, or changing the quantities of your subscription order. 

However, sometimes skipping is the best option for you, and here are some reasons why customers might skip an order: 

  • A change in your pet’s appetite which has left you with too much food since your last delivery 
  • Purchased Naturo from the supermarket, so you no longer need your next delivery 
  • Testing new feeding routines, where you might require less food  
  • Received Naturo food as a gift from a friend or family member

Step 1

Log into your account

To begin, search www.naturopetfoods.com on your device and log into your Naturo account

Step 2

 Select View and Manage Order

Once you’re logged in,you’ll see your next order at the top of your screen. Select ‘View and Manage Order’ to amend your next order.

Step 3

Select ‘Skip’ under your next order and confirm changes

Once you confirm your changes, you’ll get confirmation at the bottom of your screen that you have skipped your order. You will also receive an email confirmation of a subscription update. 

Note: If you change your mind, you can always select ‘Unskip’, which will revert your order back to it’s original generation date! 

How Long Can You Skip For? 

Ideally, you should only need to skip a single order; however, you can skip future orders if you wish. 

Simply visit your account, where you will see your skipped order. You will then see a link which says, ‘Go to your next scheduled order’, which will bring you to your next upcoming order. 

You can follow the above instructions to skip future orders. 

What Happens After You Skip an Order? 

Once you’ve skipped your order, your next renewal date will change to the order after the one you skipped.  

Everything on your account will remain the same, and your deliveries will continue as normal after your initial order has been skipped.
